1. Booking Terms
By making a booking with The Finch Hatton Arms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all room reservations. We accept payment via credit/debit card through our secure payment provider, Stripe.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Room Bookings:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
- To cancel your booking, please contact us at enquiries@thefinchhatton.co.uk or call 01529 461703.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days to the original payment method.
Table Bookings:
- Table reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before your booking time.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Treat the property and facilities with respect
- Not cause excessive noise or disturbance to other guests
- Not smoke in non-designated areas
- Report any damage or issues immediately to reception
- Be responsible for any damage caused during their stay
6. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (such as accessible rooms, specific bed configurations, etc.) but cannot guarantee their availability. Please contact us directly to discuss any special requirements.
7. Amendments
Any amendments to your booking are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify your reservation. Additional charges may apply.
8. Force Majeure
The Finch Hatton Arms shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, government action, pandemic, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
9. Liability
The Finch Hatton Arms accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests' personal property. We recommend that you arrange adequate insurance to cover your belongings.
10. Privacy & Marketing
By making a booking, you agree to receive marketing communications from The Finch Hatton Arms, including special offers, events, and news. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
11. Children & Additional Guests
Children are welcome at The Finch Hatton Arms. Please ensure you book the appropriate room type for your party size. Additional charges may apply for extra guests beyond the room capacity.
12. Pets
Pets are allowed in certain rooms by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
